Email partners@slyced.dev with your firm, practice area, and a sense of how many founder clients you advise per year.

Get approved

We approve quickly - usually within 2 business days. You get a unique referral link and access to the partner portal.

Share your link in your standard incorporation handoff, the documents you send new clients, or your firm's tooling recommendations page.

Earn

When a referred founder upgrades to a paid plan, you earn 30% of every payment they make for 12 months. Payouts monthly via Stripe Connect.

Worked example: a partner referring 5 founders per quarter

If 3 of every 5 referred founders upgrade to the Starter plan ($290/yr), you earn 30% of that for their first year - about $87 per founder, or ~$261/year per cohort. Larger firms referring at scale (and to the Growth plan) compound that quickly. The recurring nature means partner revenue grows with your client base.

Common questions

Is this a one-time payout or recurring?
Recurring. 30% of every payment your referred founder makes during their first 12 months as a paying customer. After 12 months, the referral is yours - but the commission ends. Many partners refer enough founders to build steady passive revenue.
Can I co-brand Slyced for my clients?
On the Growth tier (or Enterprise custom), yes - co-branded or white-label-style setups are supported. Talk to us during onboarding about your specific needs.
What if my client only trials Slyced?
No commission on trial or unpaid usage - only when they convert to a paid plan. Most active early-stage companies convert when they want the full cap table, fundraising CRM, data room, and e-signature workflow in one product.
Do I have to actively sell Slyced?
No. Most successful partners simply mention Slyced as a recommendation alongside other founder tools they advise on (Carta, Stripe Atlas, AngelList Stack, etc.). The product converts itself when prospects compare it to Carta on pricing and features.
How are payouts handled?
Monthly, via Stripe Connect. You'll receive a dashboard tracking referrals, conversions, and projected next payouts. Standard 30-day net terms for clearing fraud / chargeback windows.
